- Lockers, are operated using a £1 coin which is returned after use

To promote a healthy atmosphere for all of our customers all lifestyles@centralbedfordshire facilities are strictly non-smoking.
Bedfordshire Heartlands PCT
lifestyles@centralbedfordshire has developed a close working partnership with Bedfordshire Heartlands PCT. By working together we are able to offer a GP referral scheme for people whose health would be improved by doing more physical activity. And Cardiac Rehabilitation sessions are delivered by specially trained fitness instructors for people who have heart related conditions. These schemes are only available to people who have been referred by their GP or Hospital. For more information please pick up a leaflet at reception.
